As Principal Contractor we work with consultants and clients on new build, extension and refurbishment projects in the education, commercial & industrial, residential and community & leisure sectors.

Our preferred operational area extends across East and West Sussex, Surrey, western Kent and the South London Boroughs.

We are committed to the continued development of our team, with an ongoing training programme to ensure that essential skills and Continuing Professional Development are kept up to date.

We maintain a collaborative approach with all parties throughout the construction process; working together to deliver best value.

Long term relationships and commitment have been achieved with our supply chain through close cooperation and mutual understanding.

Groundworks and civil engineering are carried out in-house by our directly employed workforce.

All our teams are supervised by groundworks foreman and experienced site engineers who are responsible for setting out and quality control.

The company’s Environmental, Waste Minimisation and Sustainability policies have been adopted on all sites and in head office, and we are committed to delivering value and benefits to the communities in which we work. Copies of all company policies are available on request.

Our accreditations include ISO 9001:2015, Constructionline and NHBC, and we are founder members of Build East Sussex, and a partner with Build Surrey.

We are a Framework Contractor for ORBIS which encompasses East Sussex, Surrey and Brighton and Hove County Councils and an Approved Contractor with West Sussex and Kent County Councils.

We welcome an early involvement in projects where we can offer our expertise on buildability, and cost effective and sustainable methods of construction.
