Signix was founded in January 2019 with a mission to provide high-quality electric and gas property services on behalf of local councils, housing associations and other landlords (such as the Ministry of Defence), supporting their own missions of providing great places to live.

We ensure the safety of several thousand residents every month with a range of planned, responsive, and capital works programmes across the UK.

Our focus is always on safety and quality and rapid growth is testament to our people and the state-of-the-art systems that we use. We are committed to providing high-quality customer service along with safe and efficient work practices which is evidenced by our impeccable customer and client feedback.

Signix is backed by The Freer Group – A large group of companies (£115m turnover) including two recruitment agencies, focused on property services in the social housing sector who we work closely along-side to ensure capacity to deliver.
