Martin Arnold is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice with 115 consultants,
building surveyors, associates and directors.

Since our inception, nearly 25 years ago, our core client base has been public sector
organisations, with a focus on working in the affordable residential sector. We have
since developed services for private sector developers, as well as public sector
education and leisure clients, working across all RIBA stages. We predominantly
serve the southeast of England, but have a network of offices that enable us to offer
a national reach.

Comprised of 8 teams, with each headed by a Director and specialising in distinct
disciplines, we have extensive experience in:

are the only consultancy to have been awarded Building a Safer Future Champion
status by Dame Judith Hackitt, through the Building a Safer Future Charter.
