Chartway Partnerships Group was established in 2009 and through our operational companies we specialise in providing a full range of construction, sales and project management services for the delivery of residential developments and commercial projects throughout the South and South East.
We work as an effective team, partnering with like-minded companies and clients to deliver improved communities and environments for both existing and future generations.
We are a leading and award-winning housebuilder, operating from offices in Maidstone and Crawley with nationwide strategic asset management capabilities. Since our launch in 2009, we have grown through a sustainable, managed approach and now employ in excess of 250 people.
Chartway Partnerships Group is today made up of Westerhill Homes by Chartway, PSP, Chartway Construction, Chartway Civil Engineering, Chartway Drylining and Chartway Building Supplies.
Through these well established and experienced companies, we specialise in providing a full range of construction, investment management, sales and project management services to deliver; residential developments both in partnership with key stakeholders such as housing associations, local authorities, fund managers and private landowners.
Chartway Partnerships Construction delivers projects in the commercial, healthcare, education and recreational sector and the team at PSP specialises in working with Councils to provide strategic asset management services.
The Chartway Senior Management Team has a proven track record in land, planning, design, sales, marketing, investment, development and affordable housing. Our vision is to deliver new homes for everyone and create communities and place making that are sustainable.
