BDA Surveying Ltd is a UKAS accredited company formed to offer a cost effective, flexible and professional service to all clients, either within the buildings they occupy or the buildings they manage, so they can fulfil these duties in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Services offered

BDA Surveying Ltd are able to offer asbestos management services, specifications for the safe removal and/or treatment of asbestos materials and management of the asbestos removal process. This involves liaising with the client and the asbestos removal contractor and ensuring that the removal/treatment process is carried out in a safe, controlled environment in accordance with prevailing Health and Safety legislation. Specifications are designed to reflect the client’s needs and reduce the disruption to the buildings occupants. Licensed asbestos removal contractors are employed from our approved list that has been established during the past 20 years of working within the asbestos removal environment.
BDA Surveying Ltd are also willing to work with our clients’ approved asbestos removal contractors.
BDA Surveying Ltd provides independent asbestos surveys, site audits of asbestos removal sites on behalf of licensed asbestos removal contractors. Airborne fibre sampling and the identification of asbestos materials all in line with ISO 17025 & ISO 17020 requirements.
BDA Surveying Ltd can also offer the management of asbestos removal contracts to satisfy the clients impartiality requirements.
BDA Surveying Ltd work on a professional contract basis and employees of BDA Surveying Ltd are free from any commercial pressures that may affect judgment on site or recommendations in Asbestos Survey reports.

The UKAS accreditations that BDA Surveying Ltd hold are for asbestos testing 2791 (Analytical services) and inspection 365 (Asbestos surveying). BDA Surveying Ltd are also members of bodies or accredited within the following organisations:
