Public Contract Regulation frameworks – How it works
Frameworks are umbrella agreements that set out the terms, that include specification, quality, price, quantity, under which individual contracts (call offs) can be made during the lifetime of the framework (normally 4 years). Legislation governs the way frameworks are run. Suppliers compete through open competition to be appointed to a framework.
Publicly funded contracting authorities – our clients – then call off individual contracts
"Our frameworks help to sustain and build strong and efficient working relationships with clients."
"Our OJEU compliant frameworks can be used by Local Authorities, Social Landlords and other Public Sector bodies"
"We deliver bespoke solutions, uniting procurement professionals and providers."
Seen as one of our core principles, Social Value features primarily in all of the National Framework Partnership agreements. Our commitment to supporting the local community and economy through our suppliers is evaluated robustly in our quality and technical evaluation process with our clients.
