With an experienced team of asset managers based in Liverpool and London, and an excellent reputation in supporting suppliers, we are growing exponentially. We pride ourselves in the market as having one of the lowest framework levy’s, making us competitive and excellent value for money.

We are thankful to our suppliers/ partners who recognise and promote our framework due to additional support and ease of use that our service offers. Our overall aim to be forward-thinking, proactive, and strive to provide the very highest quality service by awarding dependable suppliers to Public Sector organisations. 

From our original Construction, Design and Build frameworks, NFP now operates within a number of sectors including charities, education, local authority, blue light, and infrastructure. Clients undertake a range of services from £10,000 to £30m and a selection of these can be viewed in our ‘who we work with’ section.

Who Can Use Our Frameworks?

Our frameworks have been been structured in a manner to allow any of the public sector bodies listed below to use the suite of frameworks.

Public Contract Regulations

Frameworks are umbrella agreements that set out the terms, that include specification, quality, price, quantity, under which individual contract call offs can be made during the lifetime of the framework (normally 4 years).
